What about the salary of individuals who operate financial assistance, and any other activities with the policy, such as maintaining and updating the application form, etc.? Do they all count as community benefit?
Recommendation: We recommend reporting count the cost of financial counsellors' time to enroll patients in Medicaid or other means tested programs or other insurance.
