CHA monitors a variety of legislative and policy issues at the federal level. Every two years as a new Congress convenes, an Advocacy Agenda is developed with input from the CHA members to target the most important issues to monitor. Additionally, CHA provides policy briefs that examine specific advocacy issues and provide more information about CHA's position and activities.
