Prayer Library

Prayer, in the traditional Catholic definition, is a lifting of the mind and heart to God. With the hectic pace of life for many people today, prayer — however defined by any tradition of faith — has taken on more importance. If you have prayers, readings, poetry or other materials for spiritual reflection that you wish to share with your colleagues in ministry across the country, please send them to Lynette Ballard, senior director, learning integration, or fax the materials to Mission Services at (314) 253-3420.

Thank you to all of CHA's members who participated in our Hear Us, Heal Us prayer campaign that led up to World Day of the Sick on Feb. 11.

Prayer to the Holy Family

“Let us make this journey as families, let us keep walking together. What we have been promised is greater than we can imagine. May we never lose heart because of our limitations, or ever stop seeking that fullness of love and communion which God holds out before us.” – Pope Francis, Amoris Laetitia (On Love in the Family), 325.
