Changes to the CHA Assembly

Message from Sr. Mary Haddad, RSM, About Changes to Annual CHA Assembly

Since its founding in 1915, the Catholic Health Association of the United States has convened members annually to discuss issues critical to our healing ministry, learn from each other, and celebrate our successes. As we look to the future, we realize that technology allows us to easily gather in a virtual setting where we can share knowledge and connect on timely topics that help shape our work and allow for greater participation of our members who are not able to travel.

In discussions with the CHA Board of Trustees, we have decided to start hosting the Assembly as an in-person event on a biennial basis. Our next in-person gathering for Assembly will be in San Diego in June of 2024. In the meantime, we will be assessing the design of the Assembly experience to build on the strengths of what we have done in the past while creating new opportunities for our members to connect in unique ways.

We will keep you informed of changes to the Assembly, and we look forward to seeing you at upcoming CHA in-person and virtual events.
