While the mission of Catholic health care is unwavering, the who, what, where and how are always in flux; especially during these more than 18 months of pandemic. Amid this transformation, mission leaders are key strategic partners, utilizing their competencies to keep organizations moored in their identity, values and heritage during times of significant trials and challenges.
CHA's 2021 Mission Leader Virtual Seminar will look at the realities of the health care landscape – highlighting opportunities for mission leaders to proactively build the areas of competency not only needed here and now, but in the coming years of continued transformation.
The online, two half-day event will focus on the needs of all mission leaders, delving into our lived experience and opening up new and vital conversations. Sessions will explore incarnational spirituality and building community in a virtual reality and our identity within large cultural, spiritual, political and generational differences, well-being practice and more. Diversity, equity and inclusion will be a thread woven throughout all sessions.
Please register today to help make this an event where a vibrant community of mission leaders collectively focuses on the continually changing landscape of our work in the context of an ongoing transformation in health care and society at large.
