CBISA Online™ Training Opportunities
Lyon Software's CBISA Online™ is a comprehensive software program designed to meet the community benefit reporting needs of health care organizations.
Training is encouraged for all CBISA users, but especially for those who are new to the software. For new users, Lyon Software offers free, web-based training that takes place in four, consecutive, one-hour sessions and covers the basics of navigation, data entry, quantifiable statistics and narrative records. For a small fee, health systems of two or more hospitals can arrange for a full day of on-site, comprehensive, hands-on training that can be customized depending on group needs. In the near future Lyon Software will offer additional hands-on training courses covering a variety of topics at locations across the country.
