Noon to 1:15 p.m. ET

Many employers are promoting health and wellness programs to improve employee health, decrease workplace absences, increase productivity, improve morale and reduce health insurance costs. While well-intentioned and beneficial for both employees and employers in many respects, the programs are not without ethical concerns. This program will explore some of the benefits and concerns of such programs for employers and employees.

Presenters are Jenny Heyl, Ph.D., director of ethics, Mercy East Communities, and LeAnn R. Harris, MSEd., director, health and wellness, Mercy Health St. Louis.
