PRESIDENTS/CEOS

Ruth Brinkley to executive in residence, an advocacy role in Ascension Health's Washington, DC, advocacy office, from president and chief executive, Carondelet Health Network. James Beckmann, Jr., from Ascension Health senior vice president for system support services to Carondelet interim president and chief executive.

Gerard J. Foley to president and chief executive, Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services, Lawrence, Mass., from chief executive, Kindred Hospital Boston North Shore, Peabody, Mass. Foley replaces Barbara E. Grant, who retired.

Feliciano Jiron, president and chief executive, Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital, San Andreas, Calif., announced his departure to accept another opportunity. Patti Monczewski is the hospital's interim president and chief executive. She continues as chief operating officer and vice president of Mercy General Hospital, Sacramento, Calif.

GRANT

Humility of Mary Health Partners, Youngstown, Ohio, has received a five-year, $1.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration. The funds will be used to train primary care doctors in the family medicine residency program at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
