Organizations within St. Louis-based Ascension have made these changes: Jeffrey D. Nowlin to senior vice president, Ascension, and market executive of Ascension Oklahoma. He concurrently will be chief executive for Ascension St. John Health System of Tulsa, Okla. Nowlin was president of Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. Bill Weeks, Ascension St. John chief operating officer, had led St. John Health System on an interim basis. James K. Beckmann to president and chief executive of Ascension Holdings International, from senior vice president, Ascension, and chief operating officer, Ascension Holdings. John Doyle, who was president and chief executive of Ascension Holdings and Ascension Holdings International, will continue serving in governance roles as chair of Ascension Holdings International and its entities, and in his role as Ascension executive vice president until his July 1 retirement. After that, he will participate in Ascension Consulting Network.
Kevin Halter has retired as president of Bon Secours Kentucky Health System and of Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital of Ashland, Ky. Jason Asic, chief operating officer of Mercy Health – West Hospital in Cincinnati, is interim president.
Facilities within Hospital Sisters Health System of Springfield, Ill., have made these changes: E.J. Kuiper to president and chief executive of HSHS St. John's Hospital of Springfield from interim president and chief executive. Kelly Sager to president and chief executive of HSHS Holy Family Hospital in Greenville, Ill., from chief nurse executive for HSHS Southern Illinois Division. James F. Dover, who had been interim president and chief executive of HSHS Holy Family Hospital, continues in his post as president and chief executive of the HSHS Southern Illinois Division.

Dr. Vinay Bhooma to chief medical officer of HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital of O'Fallon, Ill. Bobbi Kinkelaar to chief nursing officer for HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital of Effingham, Ill. Kristi Brosnahan to director of finance of HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital of Eau Claire, Wis., and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital of Chippewa Falls, Wis. Jeff Vail to director of performance improvement of HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital of Effingham.
Ryan Harper to chief operating officer of Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital of Tucson, Ariz.
