PRESIDENTS/CEOs
Thomas J. Strauss to president and chief executive of the Sisters of Charity Health System of Cleveland, effective Jan. 10. He was managing member and co-founder of the CEO Advisory Network. He replaces Terrence Kessler, who retired.

St. Joseph Hoag Health of Irvine, Calif., has announced these changes: Brian Helleland to chief executive of St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif., from chief operations officer. He succeeds Lee Penrose, who on Jan. 3 assumed the newly created role of chief operating officer for acute care delivery for St. Joseph Hoag Health. Tarek Salaway to chief executive of the Mission Veijo, Calif., and Laguna Beach, Calif., campuses of Mission Hospital, effective Dec. 12. Salaway was the hospital's chief operating officer. Jeremy Zoch to chief executive of St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, Calif., from executive vice president and chief operating officer. Zoch replaces Steven C. Moreau, who will retire in late March. St. Joseph Hoag Health is part of Providence St. Joseph Health of Renton, Wash.

Leslie Paul Luke to president and chief executive of St. Joseph's Health of Syracuse, N.Y., from interim chief executive of Tennova East of Knoxville, Tenn., effective Feb. 20. He will succeed Kathy Ruscitto.

Yolande Wilson-Stubbs to president of Presence Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, Ill., from regional chief operations officer.
