CHRISTUS Spohn Health System of Corpus Christi, Texas, has announced these changes:

• It is transitioning to a dyad leadership model that pairs an administrative leader with a clinical leader. This is in line with reorganizations that have proven successful in other markets of CHRISTUS Health of Irving, Texas. The dyad will be made up of Dominic "Dom" Dominguez and Dr. Osbert Blow. Dominguez will be senior vice president of South Texas health ministries and chief executive of CHRISTUS Spohn. He also will continue as senior vice president of group operations for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System in San Antonio. Blow will be CHRISTUS Spohn's president and chief medical officer. He has been chief medical officer since 2015.
• In addition, CHRISTUS Spohn is combining its finance and operational leadership roles to improve alignment. Steven E. King, who is CHRISTUS Spohn chief financial officer, now will also be chief operating officer.
• Also, Justin Doss has departed as chief executive of CHRISTUS Spohn.
