Program/Site Accommodations

CHA's 2019 Theology and Ethics Colloquium will be held at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel, 212-232 North Kingshighway Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the special group rate of $159 for a guest room which includes WiFi. To reserve your room at the special group rate, you can call: (413) 821-3581 and identify yourself with the group code: 0311CHATHE. Or you can click CHA Theology & Ethics Colloquium and make your reservation online.

Your reservation must be made by Feb. 26, 2019, to receive the discounted rate. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is before noon. Cancellation of individual room reservations must be made 72 hours (three business days) prior to your scheduled day of arrival to avoid being charged for the first night stay.

Room reservations need to be made separately through the Chase Park Plaza Hotel. Registering for the program does not guarantee room availability.

Airport Transportation

  • MetroLink light rail from the airport to the Central West End stop is $4 one way. Rates are subject to change. The lengthy walk from the MetroLink to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes, and there is uneven pavement in some places.
  • Taxi fare from the Lambert — St. Louis International Airport is approximately $38 each way — please allow 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Airport shuttle service is available with GO BEST Express. Click here to reserve your airport shuttle ride to/from Lambert International Airport to your hotel. A discounted rate of $17 each way per person has been negotiated on your behalf. Reservations MUST be made online using the link to receive the discounted rate. Standard rates ($22 one way) will apply for walk up reservations made on the spot.

For travel arrangements, please call CHA's travel provider, American Express, at (314) 253-3442, or email your request and identify yourself as a CHA Theology and Ethics Colloquium attendee. Registrants who purchase restrictive airfares are responsible for all penalties.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center, (800) 230-7823. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration no later than one week prior to start of the program — March 6. There is no charge for sending a substitute.


During the meeting, you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractor. By your attendance or participation at the meeting, you agree that CHA may photograph, copy, record, and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any meeting session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA may photograph, audiotape or videotape any portion of the meeting without prior written permission of CHA.

The right to change speakers or to modify program content is reserved by CHA.
