Before booking the hotel - what you need to know

  1. REGISTER FOR ASSEMBLY FIRST, THEN BOOK THE HOTEL: To reserve a discounted room in the conference headquarters hotel, please first register for Assembly 2026. At the end of the registration process, you will get a link to reserve your room at the Marriott St. Louis Grand.
  2. CONFERENCE RATE: A discounted rate at the Marriott St. Louis Grand is available to Assembly guests for $219 single/double (plus applicable taxes/fees). Free guestroom internet for Marriott Bonvoy members is included. This rate is available through May 11, 2026, or until CHA’s room block is sold out; and is good for stays between May 31- June 7, 2026 (based on availability).
  3. Registration for the Assembly does not guarantee sleep room availability. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee. Cancellation of sleep room reservations must be made 48 hours prior to anticipated arrival, to avoid being charged for the first night’s stay.
