To reflect on the opportunities that synodality presents for sponsorship and governance and to consider how its principles can shape the future of ministry leadership.
Objectives
Participants will:
- Reflect on the implications of a synodal Church for sponsorship and governance.
- Consider practical ways to integrate discernment, transparency, accountability, and evaluation into leadership structures and decision-making.
- Explore how synodal relationships can move governance beyond role clarity toward deeper collaboration, shared responsibility, and mission effectiveness.
