CHA has developed two new resources to strengthen the orientation and ongoing formation of sponsors in Catholic healthcare: the Framework for Sponsor Formation and the Sponsor Self-Assessment. Together, they offer practical guidance for deepening understanding of the sponsor role and preparing future generations of sponsors.
