With more than 20 years of experience in community health, population health, and health equity, Kimberly Luz-Mobley serves as System Executive Director of Community Health for Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), a multi-state integrated healthcare system. She leads strategies that strengthen clinical-community partnerships, improve access to care, and address the social and economic factors that influence health outcomes.
Kimberly specializes in translating data, community insight, and health system priorities into practical, equity-centered solutions. Her work has included developing community health worker programs, cross-sector referral networks, place-based care models, and collaborative initiatives that reduce barriers to care and improve outcomes for underserved populations.
A Certified Health Education Specialist with a Master of Science in Health Sciences focused on health planning and community and economic development, Kimberly's service as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Moldova sparked her lifelong commitment to community and population health improvement. Working alongside local communities on grassroots health initiatives, she gained a deep appreciation for the power of community-driven solutions, a perspective that continues to shape her work today. She is passionate about bringing healthcare organizations, community leaders, nonprofits, and policymakers together through collective impact to create sustainable, community-driven solutions that improve health and economic opportunity.
