Job Description

A summary of the specific skills, knowledge and behaviors of the position are: Assists the Director, Spiritual Care in assessing and addressing the emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families in the context of medical care, illness, suffering and loss. Accountable for spiritual/emotional support for patients/families in crisis, and in units.

EDUCATION:
Minimum: Bachelors degree. Desired: Masters level theological degree.

EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in an acute care setting

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
APC, NACC, CHP
