Resurrection Health Care, Chicago, and Provena Health, Mokena, Ill., have announced leadership plans for their merged organization: Sandra Bruce, Resurrection president and chief executive, will be the organization's president and chief executive; and Guy Wiebking, Provena president and chief executive, will be chair of the board of directors.

Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, Denver, has made the following changes: Bob Ladenburger to executive vice president, hospital operations; he will continue to serve as president and chief executive, Exempla Healthcare, Denver. Dr. Richard T. Lopes to senior vice president, health networks; Sharon Owens to vice president, corporate controller; and Terry Weinburger to system vice president, mission integration.

Larry Goldberg to president and chief executive, Loyola University Health System, Maywood, Ill., from chief executive, Vanderbilt University Hospital, Nashville, Tenn.

Jim Parobek to senior vice president of clinical integration, Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, and president, Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, both in Louisville, Ky., from president, Saint Joseph Health System Physician Enterprise, Lexington, Ky.

Timmons replaces Joanne Fenton, who resigned as chief executive to become chief executive at Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital, Loveland, Colo.

Dan Enderson to senior vice president and chief financial officer, Centura Health, Englewood, Colo.

Yvonne Boudreau to senior vice president of mission services, Sisters of Providence Health System, Springfield, Mass.

Winifred L. Williams to vice president, human resources, Providence Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.; Saint John Hospital, Leavenworth, Kan.; and St. Francis Health Center, Topeka, Kan.

Laurie A. Franklin to dean of academic affairs, St. Elizabeth College of Nursing, Utica, N.Y.


St. Joseph's Children's Hospital, Tampa, Fla., has received a $100,000 grant from the Hyundai Hope on Wheels program. The donation will fund support programs and services designed to improve the lives of children with cancer.

Pittsburgh Mercy Health System, Pittsburgh, has received a $70,000 grant from Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield to help support Mercy's severe weather emergency shelter for the homeless.

Providence Tarzana Medical Center, Tarzana, Calif., has received a $49,000 grant from the Will Rogers Institute to fund lifesaving equipment for the neonatal intensive care unit.
