Providence St. Joseph Health has made changes to its executive leadership structure. The seven-state health system has made the changes "to better support its hospitals, advance strategic priorities and realize the vision of Health for a Better World," it said in a press release. Top goals are "to sharpen focus on care delivery, expedite decision-making, accelerate our path to transformation and increase subsidiarity at the local level," according to the release.
This leadership structure went into effect Feb. 1:
- Dr. Darryl Elmouchi, chief operating officer
- Greg Hoffman, chief financial officer
- Dr. Susan Huang, chief physician executive, Providence, and chief executive, Providence Clinical Network
- Dougal Hewitt, chief mission officer
- Prub "PK" Khurana, chief strategy and growth officer
- Anna Newsom, chief legal officer
- Ali Santore, chief communication and external affairs officer
- Greg Till, chief people officer
- Sara Vaezy, chief transformation officer
- Ivette de Rubens, interim chief information officer
