Colin Brooks to chief financial officer of Mercy Health — Cincinnati. Brooks succeeds Eric Smith, who was promoted to group chief financial officer for Mercy Health's Mid-American Group when Mercy Health combined with Bon Secours last year to form Bon Secours Mercy Health.
Breanne Cavileer to executive director of Light of Hearts Villa, a continuum-of-care facility in Bedford, Ohio, that is part of Cleveland's Sisters of Charity Health System.
Maureen McGee to administrator of the Lourdes Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Lourdes Senior Community in Waterford, Mich.
Alan Bradford to president of Mercy Care of Atlanta, from interim president. He succeeds Tom Andrews, who had been both president of Mercy Care and chief executive of Mercy Care's parent, Saint Joseph's Health System. Andrews now focuses primarily on Saint Joseph's. Mercy Care is a federally qualified health center.

GRANTS
Las Vegas-based St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation will use a $10 million donation from Las Vegas' Engelstad Foundation for the R.E.D. Rose Program. That program promotes Responsible Early Detection of breast cancer and provides access to diagnostic treatment for underinsured and uninsured patients in southern Nevada. This is the largest gift in the St. Rose Dominican foundation's history. Ralph and Betty Engelstad established their foundation to support causes related to education, health care and healthy children. Ralph Engelstad, a developer and casino operator, is one of the largest landholders in the United States, according to information from the Engelstad foundation.
Catholic Health of Buffalo, N.Y., has received a $5 million-plus donation from Community Partners of WNY to support the development of D'Youville College's Health Professions Hub. The college and the ministry health system together will develop the clinical training center, which will offer clinical education while providing people with greater access to primary care. The center will provide high school, undergraduate and graduate students with learning opportunities from certification programs to associate, bachelor's and advanced degrees.
St. Joseph Mercy Oakland of Pontiac, Mich., has received a $4.8 million gift from the estate of the late Russell J. Ebeid. The hospital will use the donation for future campus redevelopment, including improvements to both the emergency and labor and delivery departments. Ebeid was the longtime chairman and president of Guardian Industries, a glass company. Ebeid had been a patient of St. Joseph Mercy. He died in 2017 at age 77.
St. Mary's Healthcare of Amsterdam, N.Y., has received a five-year, $1 million-plus award from the New York State Department of Health Bureau of Cancer Control and Prevention. The health care facility will use the funding to provide local communities with cancer prevention education. St. Mary's also will aim to cultivate healthy habits in the communities it serves to lower the cancer risk.
