Physician Assistants Week is celebrated each year from October 6-12.
Lord Jesus Christ,
in your flesh you walked among us and saw our human needs.
All through your public ministry people flocked to you,
seeking compassion and hope for their troubled bodies and souls.
In responding to their need for healing you revealed who you are,the One sent by the Father to mend us and all in the power of your Holy Spirit.
Strengthen our Physician Assistants as they strive to comfort those who come to them in their time of need.
May they serve with your very own compassion
and find in you hope for their own journey through life’s struggles.
Help all of us in this healthcare family to be faithful stewards
of the healing ministry you have entrusted to us.
We ask this in your all-holy and ever-healing name,
Jesus Christ our Lord.
