Gracious God, source of all healing and hope:
We offer thanks for the nurses who place their knowledge, skill, and compassion
at the
service of patients, families, and all in need of care.
Bless them in knowledge and form them in humility.
As they safeguard life, ease pain, and honor the dignity of each person entrusted
to them,
bless their hands with gentleness.
Strengthen their minds with wisdom and sustain them in
their work as they act with
integrity and serve in faithful collaboration.
When their day is complete, renew their strength.
Root their vocation in Your healing
mission, that they may uphold integrity,
foster trust, and create communities of flourishing.
We ask this through Christ our Lord, healer of the sick and companion of all who serve.
