GRANTSSSM Health at Home has won a $5 million grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to fund its participation in a program that allows Medicare beneficiaries to receive both hospice and curative care simultaneously, rather than one or the other. Nearly 140 hospices nationwide will participate in the five-year demonstration of the Medicare Care Choices Model.
