Erin M. Denholm to president and chief executive of Trinity Home Health Services in Livonia, Mich., from chief executive of home care and senior living communities for Centura Health in Denver, Colo. Denholm replaces Grace McCauley, who retired in July.

Dr. William J. Strimel to president of Mercy Physician Network of Conshohocken, Pa.

Sr. Mary Giovanni, CSSF, has retired from Angela Hospice in Livonia, Mich. Sr. Giovanni founded the hospice in 1985 and served as president and chief executive until 2014.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE

Prentice Lipsey to executive director of St. Leonard of Centerville, Ohio.

GRANTS

SSM Health at Home has won a $5 million grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to fund its participation in a program that allows Medicare beneficiaries to receive both hospice and curative care simultaneously, rather than one or the other. Nearly 140 hospices nationwide will participate in the five-year demonstration of the Medicare Care Choices Model.
