Correction
A story on Dignity Health's leadership in the use of pigment-free plastics published in the Nov. 1 issue of Catholic Health World incorrectly stated that more than 1,000 hospitals had decided to use the plastics. Medline Industries, which manufactures the pigment-free products, said that more than 100 hospitals are planning to switch to the environmentally friendly, dye-free plastics.
