Presence Health sends a big message exposing hidden costs of large Medicaid cuts

Kathleen Rhine, president and chief executive of the South Suburban Region of Presence Health, endorses a letter to Illinois State Rep. Natalie Manley, asking Manley to oppose $1.5 billion in Medicaid budget cuts proposed by Gov. Bruce Rauner.
