Providence Health & Services has announced these changes: Tom Hanenburg will resign March 15 as chief executive of Providence Health & Services, Southern Oregon, in Medford, Ore.; and Preston Simmons to chief executive of Providence Health & Services, Northwest Washington, in Everett, Wash., from interim chief executive.
Presence Health in Chicago has made these changes at its facilities in Chicago: John Baird to chief executive of Presence Our Lady of the Resurrection while continuing to serve as chief executive of Presence Resurrection Medical Center; and Martin Judd to chief executive of Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center from chief executive of Presence Our Lady of the Resurrection. Judd replaces Margaret McDermott, who is retiring.

GRANTS
Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C., received a $1.8 million, four-year grant from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation to test and evaluate enhanced prenatal care interventions for women enrolled in Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program.
St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colo., received a $670,000 anonymous gift, in part for capital projects. St. Mary's will use the remaining funds for programs for seniors.
St. Francis Medical Center Foundation in Lynwood, Calif., received a $429,000 grant from First 5 LA to implement a new "Welcome Baby" initiative.
The Mercy Hospital foundation received a $375,000 grant from the Margaret L. Wendt Foundation to complete a renovation of the surgical waiting room at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, N.Y.
Saint Agnes Hospital Foundation in Baltimore received a $244,000 grant from AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation's "Connections for Cardiovascular Health" program to support the hospital's "Heart-to-Heart" initiative.
