CommonSpirit Health and organizations within that system have made these changes:
- Dr. William G. Jones to CommonSpirit Health Arkansas market president, from president of CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, Arkansas.
- Chad Melton to president of the Puget Sound market for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. He was market president in an interim capacity while also leading Silverdale, Washington-based St. Michael Medical Center as hospital president.
- Christopher Bredeson to president of Virginia Mason Medical Center, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan. Bredeson was EvergreenHealth chief operating and strategy officer.
Ascension markets have made these changes:
- Will Condon to CEO of Ascension Sacred Heart in Northwest Florida, from president and CEO of Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola, which is part of that market.
- Scott Kashman to CEO of Ascension St. Vincent's Health System in Northeast Florida, from CEO of Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside in Jacksonville, which is part of that market.
- Tripp Owings to Ascension Kansas ministry market CEO, from CEO of HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in Brandon, Florida.
- Sean McAfee to president and CEO of Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County in St. Johns, Florida, from interim president and CEO.
Ascension said the Condon and Kashman appointments reflect a structural change establishing Ascension Florida East and Ascension Florida West as distinct markets.
Amanda "Mandy" Shelast to president of Mercy Southeast Communities, based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In this role, she leads Mercy Hospital Southeast and Mercy's clinics and services in Cape Girardeau and surrounding communities across Southeast Missouri. She previously was network president for Sanford Health. Shelast succeeds Eric Ammons, who retired.
Dr. Shaun Kemmerly to president of Our Lady of the Lake Children's Health, from interim president. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based children's hospital is part of FMOL Health.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGESHospital Sisters Health System of Springfield, Illinois, announced these changes:
- Aryn Hunter to chief administrative officer for HSHS St. John's Children's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois, a new role at the facility.
- Rachel Kraynak to system director of operational advancement.
Organizations within Mercy health system of Chesterfield, Missouri, have made these changes:
- Matt Lohmeier to vice president of mission for Mercy St. Louis.
- Pamela Slaven-Lee to president of Mercy's Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Cape Girardeau. Slaven-Lee succeeds Steven Langdon, who retired.
Jason Boren to chief operating officer of Holy Cross Health in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, part of Trinity Health.
Greg Walaitis to vice president of the Ascension Saint Thomas Foundation in Nashville, Tennessee.
