David T. Brooks to president of St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor in Ypsilanti, Mich., and St. Joseph Mercy Livingston in Howell, Mich., effective Aug. 3. Brooks was president of St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit and senior vice president of St. John Providence Health System's East Region. He succeeds Rob Casalou, who now is regional president and chief executive of Saint Joseph Mercy Health System of Ypsilanti.
