Star power

Haley Delgado, 5, performed in a Justin Bieber lip sync/dance contest at the Children's Hospital of San Antonio. The CHRISTUS Health hospital rewarded the contest's two winners with two tickets each to the Jan. 12 Justin Bieber concert and passes to meet the singer before the show.
