Brian Stremlau serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Catholic Health Association of the United States (CHA). In this role, he leads the association's financial operations and stewardship activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury management, risk oversight, financial reporting, audit coordination, and organizational systems that support effective decision making and long-term sustainability.

Brian brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, technology consulting, and private sector organizations. Before joining CHA, he served as Chief Financial Officer for AAIM Employers' Association, where he provided strategic financial leadership and oversight for a multi-entity membership association. He has held executive and financial leadership roles with responsibilities spanning finance, operations, enterprise technology, business intelligence, and organizational transformation.

Throughout his career, Brian has partnered closely with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to strengthen governance, improve transparency, modernize systems, and align resources with organizational mission and strategic priorities. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
