Sonora Crittenden, MPA, is the Arizona Market Director of Community Health and Benefit for Dignity Health. With over a decade of progressive healthcare leadership, she specializes in driving market-wide community health strategy, regulatory excellence, and health equity initiatives. Sonora is recognized for her ability to translate complex clinical and community data into scalable strategies that align community investment with organizational priorities.
Throughout her tenure, she has spearheaded the development of comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) and Implementation Strategies, successfully integrating social drivers of health into the clinical patient journey. An expert in cross-sector collaboration, Sonora builds sustainable partnerships that address systemic barriers to care. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona, and serves as an active leader on numerous local and regional community and health equity coalitions.
