Kimberley McBride
Kimberley McBride, MPH, is Vice President of Community Health & Well-Being for Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Holy Cross Health, serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. In this regional role, which she assumed in 2025, Kimberley leads strategies to advance health equity, integrate clinical and social care, address community health priorities, and improve well-being across the region.
 
With more than 18 years of experience in community health and health equity within Trinity Health, Kimberley has led initiatives focused on community benefit, social care integration, community health worker programs, chronic disease prevention, maternal and family health, and community engagement. She oversees Community Health Needs Assessments and implementation strategies and builds partnerships across healthcare, government, philanthropy, faith-based organizations, and community-based organizations to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.
 

Recognized for her collaborative leadership, Kimberley brings together healthcare systems, public health agencies, community organizations, and residents to drive lasting community impact. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Truman State University and a Master of Public Health with concentrations in Maternal and Child Health and Community Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
