Dr. Jenna Speckart is the Vice President of Mission & Ethics Operations at Mercy in St. Louis. In this role, Jenna supports hospitals, clinics, and shared service teams, ensuring that the organization's mission and ethical standards are upheld. She has served at Mercy since 2017, engaging in a variety of roles within Mission Integration. Before joining Mercy, Jenna served at SCL Health as the Regional VP of Mission Integration in the Kansas region. Her journey in Mission & Ethics began with an internship at the Catholic Health Association.
Jenna holds a Master of Arts in Theology from the Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, MO, and a Doctor of Bioethics from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between the science of medicine and the realities of our created humanity, striving to ensure that all individuals can flourish.
Outside of her professional life, Jenna enjoys a vibrant family life in St. Louis with her husband and their three children: a 8-year-old daughter, and two sons aged 7 and 4.
