Conversation partners play a vital role in accompanying participants in the 2026–2027 Sponsor Formation Cohort. Following each in-person session, conversation partners are invited to participate in a debrief designed to deepen understanding of the session content and strengthen their ability to accompany their partner throughout the formation process.
