Leila Nimatallah serves as director, government relations at the Catholic Health Association of the United States, where she advances the organization's federal advocacy priorities on behalf of the Catholic health ministry.
Prior to joining CHA, Leila led policy and advocacy efforts on behalf of children, people experiencing poverty, and other underserved communities through roles at First Focus on Children, Catholic Relief Services, and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. She also served as a congressional staff member for two members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Leila earned her Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her bachelor's degree from Boston College.
