This brochure highlights the roles of mission leaders and ethicists in Catholic health care, fleshing out the education and competencies typically associated with both roles as well as explaining responsibilities and activities involved in the day-to-day work. It is part of CHA’s Faithfully Forward initiative; an ongoing project to focus on succession planning for mission, ethics and pastoral care.  Developed to help attract candidates to Catholic health care, it is offered in a ready-to-use format as well as customizable versions so that you can add a logo, or include some information about your organization on the back cover.

The brochure is offered in three versions:

1. Ready to download electronically or to order in hard copy – with free shipping

2. CHA-member only option: Customizable version where organizational logo is added to the front cover – see instructions below

3. CHA-member only option: Customizable version where the back cover can be personalized for an organization – see additional information below

• Simply select Version 1 electronic download or hardcopy in the drop down selection

• CHA members have the opportunity to order the Mission and Ethics Career Brochure and customize it by having CHA add your logo to the front cover. CHA members must order a minimum of 100 brochures to take advantage of customization.

• You will select "Printed Hardcopy – Add Logo" above in the "Product Options" drop down　if you would like to customize the booklet cover.

• To have your logo added, CHA members need only provide a high resolution .jpg, .tiff, .eps or .png file that is a minimum of 300 dpi (copying and pasting from a website will not have high enough resolution). Instructions for submitting your logo will be in your order confirmation email.

• Your logo will be placed as shown in the image above. Position of your or CHA’s logos are set to a template.

Version 3 – Customizing with your logo on the front cover and adding personalized organizational information to the back cover (THIS CUSTOM VERSION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)

• CHA members have the opportunity to order the Mission and Ethics Career Brochure for customization on the back cover.

• For this version, CHA will provide design files for you to use with a design firm in order to customize. The front cover can have your logo added and the back cover can be changed, but the inside content is not changeable. CHA’s logo must remain at the size and in the position as it is provided on the front cover.

• CHA reserves the right to see the fully-designed, customized final version before it goes to print.
