CHA wants to help you commemorate Earth Day by offering our 2020 Earth Day prayer card as one that CHA members can customize to include their organization logo along with the CHA logo. Please take advantage of this co-branding opportunity and share cards widely at hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics as well as employee break areas and chapels. As in years past, the prayer card is also available to those who are not members of CHA, however, those cards are not able to be customized and are shipped as shown. The cards, with or without an added logo are offered with free shipping and come in packs of 50.

Important order deadlines and details:

• In order to customize, CHA members must order a minimum of 2 packs of cards—or 100 cards.

• CHA can handle very large orders for systems or regions. Please be sure to order in a way that you do not have to re-direct shipments, i.e., order separately for each physical location where cards should be delivered.

• You will select "Printed - with organization and CHA logos" above in the "Product Options" drop down if you would like to customize the back of the card.
  
• To have your logo added, CHA members need only provide a high resolution .jpg, .tiff, .eps or .png file that is a minimum of 300 dpi (copying and pasting from a website will not have high enough resolution). Instructions for submitting your logo will be in your order confirmation email.

• Your logo will be placed as shown in the image carousel above. Position of your or CHA’s logos are set to this template.
  
• CHA will not be sending files for review. Please be sure to immediately respond to the confirmation email with your logo.

Shipping information:

• If CHA receives your order for customized cards, but attempts to receive a high resolution file of your logo are not successful, CHA will ship non-customized cards.

• The content from the prayer card is available on a 8.5x11 electronic download, which can be printed easily.
