The Ethics of Not Rushing: Moral Decision-Making in the Clinical Context in Light of the Resurrection
Wednesday, June 5, 2024
1:00 – 1:45 p.m. ET
Co-sponsored by the Catholic Health Association in
cooperation with Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine.
This talk explores the role of time and memory in ethical decision-making in the clinical context. Drawing on Gospel narratives of Jesus’s Resurrection appearance, the talk considers challenges posed by a desire for speed, efficiency, and fast resolution in ethical decision-making.
