This Ministry Formation Workshop
series is an essential primer for those newer to formation and to those who are
actively engaged in delivering formation. It will also serve as an excellent
overview of the pedagogy of the two-year Formation for Formation Leader program.
These sessions are specifically designed around the pedagogics of formation:
content, integration, application. This will allow opportunities for
engaging with new content, time for active integration with peers and proposed
practical applications.
Ministry
Formation has been called out in the recent national Mission Leader Survey 2022
as the number one “core competency mission leaders most seek to improve”.
Ministry Formation is on the majority of system level strategic priorities yet
operationalizing this is often more challenging that might be expected. This
series will cover some of the key tenets of formation and its delivery though
panel discussion with some of the best “formators” in the
field.

A refund of the full
registration fee will be given
for cancellations received through March 13, 2023.
A refund
of 75% of the registration fee will be given for cancellations received
after March 13, 2023.
There is no additional charge for substitute
registrants.
