Below is important information about accessing the webinar and tips to help you prepare in advance for the program.

The online presentation will begin at 1 p.m. ET. You may log-in to the presentation 15 minutes prior to start time.
- Direct your web browser to http://eventcenter.commpartners.com/se/CHALogin/.
- Under "Enter a Meeting" in the blue box, enter the meeting number 473726 and click on
- In the "Display Name" box, type in your first and last
name and click on "Enter Meeting."
- To listen to the event via streaming audio, turn on your computer speakers and adjust the volume as necessary. If your computer does not support streaming audio, please dial (844) 263-6303.
If you experience difficulties with streaming audio during the event, please refresh your screen. If that does not solve the problem, or if you experience any other technical problems during the event, please email email@example.com. You can also dial (844) 263-6303.
PRE-EVENT SYSTEM TEST
To ensure a seamless experience, we encourage you to take a brief systems test before the webinar to confirm that the computer you will be using is compatible with the online presentation software. This will provide time for you to work with your IT staff in case any technical issues need to be addressed.
All Event Center users/viewers must access the meeting with an HTML 5 supported web browser. To confirm if you are ready to participate in a web meeting, please take the browser test: http://eventcenter.commpartners.com/se/Meetings/BrowserTest_New.aspx?account.id=CommPart.

Do I have to view the presentation on the web?
Those who cannot access the presentation via the web, or do not want to participate in this event as a webinar, may join the program by calling (844) 736-6955. For technical assistance please email email@example.com.
To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 230-7823. To receive a full refund, you must have canceled your registration no later than one week prior to the webinar – Feb. 13. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than one week prior to the start of the webinar.
The right to change speakers or to modify program content is reserved by CHA.
During the meeting, you may be recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractor. By your attendance or participation at the meeting, you agree that CHA may copy, record and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any meeting session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA or its designated contractor may audiotape any portion of the meeting without prior written permission of CHA.
