Assembly 2018 Registration Fees

For the third year in a row, assembly registration fees for CHA members will remain at the previous year's pricing!

The following registration fees include full conference programming, numerous networking opportunities, the exhibit hall, liturgy services, plus the following food and beverage events: Sunday – lunch and welcome reception; Monday – breakfast, lunch, awards reception and banquet; Tuesday – breakfast.

Registrants who are not CHA members may attend the 2018 Catholic Health Assembly only if endorsed by CHA or a CHA-member organization. After an individual completes the registration process, CHA will contact her/him to confirm that s/he has the proper endorsement.
Note: CHA shall have the right in its sole discretion to determine if a registrant meets the above criteria for registration for the 2018 Catholic Health Assembly. If registration is declined, CHA will refund the fees paid.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Personal Guest Registration — $295 per person
A Personal Guest Registration is an option for the guests of registered assembly attendees who wish to attend general session programming and visit the exhibit hall, as well as the following food and beverage events: Sunday – lunch and welcome reception; Monday – breakfast, lunch, awards reception and banquet; Tuesday – breakfast.
A Personal Guest Registration is not applicable for professional colleagues from the same organization as the Assembly registrant, nor does it allow admittance to Innovation Forum programming. The word "Guest" will be clearly noted on the badge.
Evening Events Registration — $95 per person
An Evening Events Registration is designed for guests of Assembly registrants who wish to attend ONLY the following evening social events: Sunday welcome reception; Monday awards reception and banquet.
An Evening Events Registration does not allow admittance to any other Assembly programming, activities, breakfasts or lunches. The word "Guest" will be clearly noted on the badge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing (mail or email). Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Submit all requests to CHA Service Center via email at [email protected] or mail to: CHA-Service Center, 4455 Woodson Road, St. Louis, MO 63134.
CHA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows; however, substitutions are gladly accepted.
Cancellations received through April 2: A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $100 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received through April 2, 2018.
Cancellations received between April 3 and May 18: A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be given for cancellations received between April 3 and May 18, 2018.
No refunds will be granted for requests made after May 18, 2018.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Assembly attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. For information, visit our Location page.
NOTICES
During the Assembly, you may be photographed and/or recorded by CHA staff or its designated contractors. By your attendance or participation at the Assembly or affinity event, you agree that CHA may photograph, copy, record and/or distribute in any such form your participation and involvement in any Assembly session, activity or event. No persons or organizations other than CHA or its designated contractors may photograph, audiotape or videotape any portion of the Assembly without prior written permission of CHA. CHA reserves the right to change speakers or to modify program content.
CHA will provide an Assembly registrant list to "Friends of the Assembly" sponsoring organizations. The generous support from these sponsors helps keep the registration fees low for CHA-member attendees. CHA will share only registrant names, mailing addresses and email addresses (as indicated on the registration forms). Sponsors agree to use the registrant list only once.
CHA shall have the right at its sole discretion to decline registration. If registration is declined, CHA will refund the fees paid.
