Air Travel
For travel arrangements, please call CHA's travel provider, American Express, at (314) 253-3442, or email your request and identify yourself as a CHA Disaster Response Special Convening attendee. Attendees are responsible for airfare and penalties.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, contact the CHA Service Center at [email protected] or (800) 230-7823.
As this is a free event for CHA members, there is no penalty to cancel your registration, however, we would ask that you help us conserve resources by following the same week-before deadline date for cancellation as possible.
To receive a full refund of registration fees, you must cancel your registration no later than one week prior to start of the program — July 18. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than one week prior to the start of the program. There is no charge for sending a substitute.
