Question: We have a junior volunteer program for high school students to explore medical careers. We see in the Q & A website not to report the administration of volunteer programs in activities such as gift shop and library cart, but what if it is geared to health careers?

Recommendation: We recommend the expense of the volunteer program aimed at introducing students to health careers be reported as Community Building. We consider this to be workforce development which is a category within Community Building.
