    Lifetime Achievement Award

CHA's Lifetime Achievement Award annually recognizes an individual who has devoted much of her/his life to Catholic health care.

For a lifetime of contributions to the ministry
This award is conferred each year upon an acknowledged leader of the health ministry who has inspired and mentored numerous others. The individual's leadership extends past the Catholic health ministry to influence and impact the local community and beyond.

The recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award will receive an honorarium, and CHA will pay travel and expenses for her/him to attend the assembly and accept the award.
