Craig McCoy to chief executive of Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, from interim chief executive of that facility and chief executive of Emory Johns Creek Hospital in Johns Creek, Ga.
Frank L. Lucia to president and chief executive of Dean Health Plan of Madison, Wis., from senior vice president, chief financial and operations officer for Dean Health Plan. Lucia replaces Lon Sprecher, who retired as president and chief executive in May.
Michael Rindler has retired from the office of the president and as chief executive of St. Anthony's Medical Center of St. Louis. The other members of the office of the president will assume Rindler's responsibilities on an interim basis. They are: Beverly Bokovitz, chief nursing officer; Dr. Christopher Bowe, president of St. Anthony's Physician Organization; and Dr. David Morton, chief medical officer.

Ane McNeil to regional chief human resource officer of Saint Joseph Mercy Health System of Ypsilanti, Mich.
Rhonda Brown to divisional director of "3D Community Health, body.mind.spirit," a service of Sacred Heart Hospital of Eau Claire, Wis., and St. Joseph's Hospital of Chippewa Falls, Wis. She will continue as director of the Chippewa Health Improvement Partnership.
