A Feb. 1 story about NICHE, or Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders, erred in omitting the fact that Holy Cross Health System was one of the two systems that merged in 2000 to form Trinity Health. Mercy Health Services, the system that joined with Holy Cross to create Trinity Health, was mentioned in the story.
