PRESIDENTs AND CEOs
Aaron Puchbauer to president and chief executive, HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese, Illinois, from president and chief executive of HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, Illinois. He was a CHA Tomorrow's Leader honoree in 2020.

Joe Mullany has resigned as president and chief executive of HSHS Illinois ministries.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES
Scott Opperman to vice president of mission for the Bon Secours Hampton Roads market in Virginia.

Kyle Hreben to chief operating officer of Peace Care in Jersey City, New Jersey, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace.

Dr. Vinil Bhuma to chief medical officer of HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, Illinois.

OBITUARY
Sr. Mary Stanton, RSM, died July 30 at age 73. She co-founded Bethany House Services Inc., a Cincinnati-based social service agency, and was its executive director from 1984 to 2014. She co-founded Catholics United for the Poor and served on its board. For the past seven years, Sr. Stanton was executive coordinator and mission director for Mercy Neighborhood Ministries, a Sisters of Mercy-sponsored ministry. She was on the board of Mercy Health — Cincinnati and on Bon Secours Mercy Health's public juridic person.
