Health care teams are stretched beyond their capacity addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, and as leaders of Catholic health care, we seek to be supportive and compassionate. We are also community builders. Inviting conversation about what shapes well-being at this time is especially meaningful. The conversation alone creates community through connection.

Please join one of four CHA-hosted virtual conversations designed to foster individual and community well-being in the face of changing times.

Participants will be given space to dialogue and share what sustains their own well-being. The small group format will allow for a rich and in-depth understanding of well-being consistent with the times and congruent with Catholic heritage.

Facilitated by CHA staff and members of the CHA Well-being Task Force, the conversations will put into practice elements of a new conversation guide, Sustaining Connection for Well-Being, developed by the Well-Being Task Force.
