Rabbi Dr. Nadia Siritsky, vice president of mission at KentuckyOne Health Jewish Hospital, will speak about the strategic partnership between the mission leader and the president when leading a health care ministry during a time of transition.

Join us as she discusses the spiritual and practical implications of leadership in the midst of organizational change, and how she was able to double staff satisfaction rates through intentional partnership and dialogue. Rabbi Nadia will also unpack the ways in which her research on chaplaincy and pastoral care have enabled her to translate data into policy and practice, so that the spiritual care department's ministry was effectively mobilized and aligned with the hospital's larger organizational goals.
