Physician Leader Forum

Oct. 23-25, 2017
Hotel Valley Ho
Scottsdale, Ariz.

CHA's Physician Leader Forum is an important gathering of physician leaders, CEOs and mission leaders. Each year a planning committee of physician and mission leaders selects timely topics that address relevant issues affecting physicians in the ministry.

Physician well-being — from personal, organizational and leadership perspectives — will be the focus of this year's forum. The program will deal with some of the external and internal factors that contribute to physician burnout. The program will provide presentations and time to discuss issues physician leaders in Catholic health care are currently facing.

Leading practices in physician wellness and formation utilized in Catholic health care and other organizations will also be highlighted. This will allow participants to learn practical and replicable tools they can bring back to their ministry. Ample time will be given for skill-building, reflection and networking.
