CHA's Physician Leader Forum is an important gathering of physician leaders, CEOs and those who promote physician well-being within their organizations. Each year, a planning committee of physician and formation leaders select timely topics that address relevant issues affecting physicians in the ministry of health care.
Physician well-being from personal, organizational and leadership perspectives will be the focus of this year's forum. The program will deal with some of the external and internal factors that contribute to physician burnout. Leading practices in physician wellness and formation utilized in Catholic health care and other organizations will be highlighted.
In addition to gathering experts in physician well-being from across the United States, the program will provide practical and replicable tools that participants will be able to personally use and apply in their organizations. Ample time will be given for skill-building, reflection and networking.
